كيف نعمل معك
عندما توكّل المكتب، يتولّى محامٍ واحد ملفّك. المحامي نفسه الذي يجلس معك في الاجتماع الأول هو من يتفاوض ويصيغ ويترافع أمام المحكمة. لا إحالة إلى محامٍ مبتدئ بعد توقيع العقد، ولا «محاميك غير متاح، لكن يمكنني تدوين رسالة». لديك خطّه المباشر.
وعندما تمسّ القضية مجال ممارسة خارج خبرة المحامي المسؤول (صفقة شركات تحتاج مشورة في قانون العمل، أو معاملة عقارية ذات بُعد ضريبي)، يستعين المحامي المسؤول بمختصّ من داخل المكتب. لست مضطراً لمعرفة بمن تتصل؛ محاميك المسؤول يتكفّل بذلك.
نعمل بالإنجليزية والعربية والفرنسية لأنّ عملاءنا ومحاكمنا يعملون بها. القضايا المحالة إلى محكمة في دبي بالعربية، وتحكيم غرفة التجارة الدولية بالإنجليزية، ومفاوضة شركات بالفرنسية، يمكن أن يتولّاها الفريق نفسه، تحت السقف نفسه، دون تأخير في الترجمة أو فقدان للجودة.
