Abbas has significant experience in coordinating with various local authorities, including Dubai Courts, Dubai Public Prosecution, and Dubai Police and other relevant government authorities. His thorough understanding of the administrative and procedural aspects of the UAE legal system enables him to navigate complex legal environments efficiently. He also has a proven track record of success in financial cases for banks and financial institutions, including loan disputes, debt recovery, and banking guarantees.

His experience includes the enforcement of arbitration awards, local court judgments in the United Arab Emirates at all levels and across various emirates, as well as judgments from other GCC countries and foreign jurisdictions.

Abbas's role extends to regulatory compliance for more than 5 years now, particularly in anti-money laundering and anti-terrorism efforts. As a compliance officer registered with the Ministry of Justice's Anti-Money Laundering Department, he ensures that The Firm adheres to stringent regulatory standards.

Abbas is the Litigation Manager and Internal Firm System Officer for Lexzur (formerly App4Legal). He is responsible for managing cases within the Firm's internal system and regularly advises the litigation team and office staff on procedural and legal matters, demonstrating strong team leadership and motivation skills.
