Nayla's professional journey spans a wide array of industries and geographies, from healthcare projects bringing virtual medical advisory services to rural areas, to strategic initiatives in oil and gas pipelines, and everything in between.
In North America, she honed her skills in change management, motivating team members to embrace transformation, and expanding market share. In South America, she gained insight into the financial power of the masses and marginalised populations, collaborating with NGOs to align corporate objectives with social impact, successfully increasing a bank's market penetration from 5% to 13%. During her tenure in Africa, she studied the effects of brain drain and leveraged technological advances to address basic human needs.
In the Middle East, Nayla reconnected with her roots, appreciating the importance of relationships and values alongside financial outcomes. She contributed to growing her company's regional workforce from 50 to over 3,500 employees, achieving more than $11 billion in turnover across Healthcare, Finance, Energy, Power, Water, and Oil & Gas sectors while at General Electric.
