Most people who contact us are facing something that matters: a contract that has gone wrong, a dispute with a partner, a property, a business or a family at stake. At that moment you are not buying legal services. You are choosing who to trust with a decision you cannot afford to get wrong. I want to tell you plainly how we earn that trust.
First, you get a lawyer, not a department. The lawyer who takes your first call is the one who runs your matter, appears for you and answers to you. Moaza Alkhadar and I built this firm on that rule, and it has not changed as we have grown.
Second, you get the truth early. In our first conversations we tell you where you stand, what a good outcome looks like, what it will cost and how long it will take. If a settlement serves you better than a trial, we will say so. If your case should be fought, we will fight it, before the Dubai Courts, the Federal Courts, the DIFC and ADGM courts or an arbitral tribunal, in Arabic, English or French, as your matter requires.
