Asaad Sedky

Asaad is responsible for managing legal matters in emirates other than Dubai and Abu Dhabi, namely Sharjah, Ajman, Fujairah, Umm Al Quwain, and Ras Al Khaimah. His duties involve attending court hearings, handling police station procedures, and executing judgments. These emirates often require an on-the-ground presence, and Asaad excels in navigating their unique legal landscapes. Asaad understands the nuances and requirements of the procedures across various emirates, which assists in running matters efficiently, including assisting with police procedures. He frequently meets with judges and court officials in person to ensure swift and effective resolution of cases.

Asaad also plays a pivotal role in public prosecution matters, coordinating with various police stations across the emirates. His experience in these areas ensures that all procedural requirements are met, and cases are processed efficiently. Asaad's ability to work closely with law enforcement and judicial authorities highlights his comprehensive understanding of the legal system and his commitment to client service.

Asaad has been practising in the UAE since 2013. Prior to joining The Firm in 2015, he worked at well-known regional firms, where he gained substantial experience and expertise.
