Aysha AlBannai is an Emirati advocate who holds audience rights before the UAE Courts. She obtained a bachelor’s degree in Law and Shariah from the UAE, and completed a masters degree in private law with focus on enforcement of foreign arbitration awards in the UAE. Aysha appears and pleads before judges and she represents clients in various civil, commercial and criminal cases. She provides representation in sophisticated cases before public prosecution.
