Emad is a qualified lawyer in Egypt and a Litigation specialist in Dubai for more than 10 years of experience. He graduated from Faculty of Law at Assiut University in Egypt and admitted to the Egyptian Bar in 2007. He has extensive experience in labour law and commercial and civil law specifically banking cases, writing legal notices related to lawsuits, Emad is specialized in registration of claims before UAE Courts and follow up of procedure and executions before the same. Emad is fluent in both Arabic and English languages.
