Rita Chebli is a qualified lawyer in Lebanon and a legal consultant in Dubai with 15 years of experience in the UAE. Rita represents clients in litigation matters before the UAE Courts in various commercial matters including bankruptcy and liquidation, labor cases, tenancy and real estate. Besides her litigation experience, Rita is specialised in setting up all kind of companies in the UAE onshore and in all main free zones and in preparing and drafting all kind of agreements.
Holder of a law degree from la Sagesse University in Lebanon and certified from the DIFC Academy in Common Law and DIFC laws and Courts Practice , she is fluent in Arabic, English and French.
