Can you help me draft a will in the UAE?
Yes. We draft DIFC Wills for non-Muslim expatriates (worldwide asset coverage under English law principles) and Dubai Courts wills where appropriate. Choice of instrument depends on nationality, faith, and asset location.
How does UAE inheritance law apply to expatriates?
By default, UAE law can apply Sharia principles to expat assets in the UAE. A properly-registered will (DIFC or ADJD) is the primary way expatriates can direct inheritance under their chosen law. We help structure this.
